Learning Objectives: T Cell-Mediated Immunity (TCMI)

Reading Assignment: Janeway et al. Chapter 8

TCMI deals with the activation of mature resting naïve T cells to become effector helper and cytotoxic T cells and memory T cells. This unit describes the signals required to activate T cells and the effector functions of activated Tc, Th1, and Th2 cells.
