How To Apply

Online applications can be filled out via the UA Graduate College website.  The VSM Department requires the following information to be included in the online application for the Micro Graduate Program:
  • Three letters of recommendation with confidentiality waivers
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Statement of purpose
  • GRE score (minimum scores: verbal 50th percentile, quantitative 50th percentile, writing 4.0)
    • Applicants for the Accelerated Master's Program will not be required to take the GRE, but are required to have a minimum 3.2 GPA at the time of application.
  • Unofficial transcripts for all universities and colleges attended (minimum GPA 3.0)
After a student's application has been accepted by the Micro graduate program, the student will be contacted and official transcripts will be requested.  Official transcripts for all universities and colleges attended will need to be sent to:
